Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the OpenWeb360 platform, websites, and services (the "Service") provided by OpenWeb360 OÜ (registry code 17499268, Tallinn, Estonia). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Service you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

OpenWeb360 is an AI sales agent / B2B outreach platform that finds companies matching your ICP, generates personalized emails, sends them from your connected mailbox, and tracks engagement.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • The Service is for business use only.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company.

4. Acceptable use

When sending outreach you must comply with all applicable laws — including GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

You are the controller of contacts you upload or target and are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them.

You will not:

  • Send spam, illegal, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Target individuals without a lawful basis or those who opted out.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service to send adult, gambling, crypto-scam, or sanctioned content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

5. Plans, billing and payments

  • Plans: Free (€0), Basic (€99/mo), Growth (€199/mo), Pro (€399/mo), Agency (€799/mo). Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
  • Billing is monthly via Stripe, charged in advance.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Paid periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Accounts are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, design, and brand. You own the data and content you upload or generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (replies, meetings, revenue) from outreach campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. On termination, we will delete your data per our retention schedule.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country require otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
